If you are not satisfied with the product or service, contact us and we will try our best to solve the issue as soon as possible. Before sending any items back, please contact us for a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA) and send this back to us with your item.
If an authorisation number is not present on a returned item your refund or replacement may be delayed.
Unwanted goods should be sent back to our returns address within 14 days of receipt.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or not to satisfactory on arrival, simply return the item to us in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
If an item becomes faulty after the 30 day return period, a replacement can be sent with no refund available up to a maximum of 90 days. If the item becomes faulty after 90 days please contact us and we may be able to help with any repairs.
Any unwanted, undamaged returns after 30 days may not be accepted however help can be offered if you wish to exchange your item.
If returning an item they must be unopened, unused goods. Any unwanted items that have been opened may not be accepted. Shipping will only be returned on faulty or damaged goods.
Any unwanted returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (in accordance to this policy and that are within the return period) however we are not liable for return postal costs so please ensure any returned items are well packaged as we can’t be held responsible for damaged or lost returns.
Refunds on return postage will be given if your goods arrive damaged, are missing parts or different from the description however apart from this it is your responsibility to pay postage.
If your shipping address is incorrect we should be notified immediately. Failure to do so could result in additional postage costs to re-post the item or only a partial refund being given to cover shipping and handling fees.
